Replaces vs. Replacement-Id (was Re: [ticker-dev] Latest draft)

I'd be happy to see "Replaces" replaced by "Replacement-Id".

Given that neither Sticker nor Aquatik appears to support replacement
at all, the major impact would be on xtickertape.  Ted?  How do you
feel about the change?

Anyone else have an opinion either way?
